ASW’s Winterville School of Gin is a one-of-a-kind experience designed for gin lovers and newcomers! While school is in session, you will get to choose from 18 botanicals to make your very own gin.

Class begins with a welcome Gin & Tonic as their head clear spirits distiller, Jerry McCall, teaches the history of gin and tells you about the ins and outs of gin production. And
class concludes with an interactive workshop. Here, you will select the botanicals you want included in your custom recipe to create your very own gin! You’ll even label and seal the bottle yourself.

For an additional $25 at checkout, add a partner with whom you can share the experience and your custom bottle. You can even add a bottle of Winterville Gin to compare your individually crafted gin to theirs.
