Tree Lighting presented by Wellstar
Saturday, November 25th from 5:30-8 p.m.
Join us for the seventh annual Tree Lighting! The event will kick off with a performance from A-Town A-List on the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage. Mark Owens & Blooper will watch the skies to help track Santa as he nears closer to The Battery Atlanta to light the tree at approximately 7 p.m.
Immediately following the celebration, guests are invited to stay and enjoy an outdoor showing of “Abominable” as part of the Xfinity Fall Movie Series on the Georgia Power Pavilion screen.
Allatoona Jazz Band Holiday Performances
The Allatoona High School Jazz Band is spreading holiday cheer throughout December at The Battery Atlanta. Guests are invited to listen to holiday classics during the hour-long live performances on the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage as part of Holidays at The Battery Atlanta presented by Wellstar.

Santa’s Post Office together with Truist
Friday, November 24th through Saturday, December 24th
Santa Claus is once again setting up shop at his Post Office in The Battery Atlanta! From Friday, November 24 to Saturday, December 24, Santa will continue the time-honored tradition of greeting local children in the Truist Holiday Community Corner, located at the corner of Power Alley and Battery Avenue.
Families are invited to bring their handwritten letters to Santa – postage not required – at his official Atlanta outpost. Santa’s helpers will take care of the rest! This free opportunity allows parents and guardians to take their own photos of their children interacting with Santa as he listens to their wish lists. As needed, Santa’s Post Office can be a contactless experience. We didn’t forget about your furry friends! Santa Paws nights are available three times this holiday season allowing you and your pets to take pictures with Santa, and enjoy all the holiday activities together.
The Truist Holiday Community Corner will also house:
- The Holiday Market, featuring a shoppable collection of Atlanta-area small businesses
- Holiday-themed, kid-friendly activities
- Complimentary treats and giveaways
- Professional gift wrapping station. Up to (2) personal gifts, plus any gifts purchased at The Holiday Market
- Free 20 minute holiday photo session with local photographer, Melissa Alexander of Phyllis Iller! Available only via reservation. Limited spots and dates available. Please reserve your spot HERE
- Free Blooper Snowman Plushie (while supplies last) when you make an in-person/on-site donation to Georgia Kids Belong. New pajamas (male and female, sizes youth large through adult large) are needed most—but we’re also collecting new youth undergarments and socks, and toys for all ages.

New Year’s Eve Bash at The Battery Atlanta presented by Xfinity
Sunday, December 31, 2023 from 6pm to Midnight
Say goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024 at the seventh annual New Year’s Eve Bash at The Battery Atlanta. The Early Inning celebrations will begin at 6 p.m. with music from Four-time GRAMMY Nominee Brady Rymer on the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage. Following the performance, children can join host Mark Owens in for a countdown to an inflatable balloon drop at 8 p.m.
Late Innings begin at 9 p.m. as emcee Mark Owens welcomes 12 South Band, as festivities culminate with an aerial firework and confetti display over Truist Park at midnight.
Parking in the Red, Green, Yellow, Purple, Silver, Delta, 900, and 1100 Decks, and Surface Lots will be free for this event beginning at 6pm on December 31, 2023 and will continue until 12pm on January 1, 2024. Please note, the Orange Deck is not included.
