ParkBench: A Legendary Music Venue Thriving at The Battery Atlanta
Since opening in 1994, Park Bench has become a beloved staple in Atlanta’s live music and nightlife scene. Originally located in Buckhead, the venue gained early fame as the launchpad for now-superstar Zac Brown, who once performed as the house band for just $250 a night. Over the years, Park Bench has hosted legendary acts like Hootie & the Blowfish and, more recently, rising country star Megan Moroney.
In 2020, Park Bench relocated to The Battery Atlanta. Its grand opening in 2021 coincided with the Braves’ World Series season, and the new space, positioned right at the main entrance to Battery Park, quickly became a hotspot for fans and music lovers alike.
Now known nationwide for its dueling pianos and top-tier guest experience, Park Bench has continued to shine as a go-to destination for unforgettable nights out. This summer, it even hosted the MLB Red Carpet Event for the All-Star Playoffs, serving both players and their families before the game.
With an incredible 32-year track record of entertainment excellence, Park Bench stands as a pillar of Atlanta’s music culture and its presence at The Battery Atlanta only strengthens its legacy.
